1,000 Bihar students expelled for cheating in Class 12 exams

PATNA: Nearly 1,000 students were expelled for cheating during the Class 12 examinations in Bihar, officials said on Saturday.
Anand Kishore, the Chairman of the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), told the media here that more the students were expelled “for adopting unfair means” during the examinations that concluded on Friday.
The examinations had started on February 6.
The chairman said that 25 fake examiners were also caught and FIRs were lodged against guardians for helping their wards to cheat in the examinations. In many cases the cheating was condoned by parents.

Mexican authorities are reporting damage in a southern town from Friday’s magnitude 7.2 earthquake.
The Interior Department said in a statement Saturday morning that 50 homes suffered major structural damage in Santiago Jamiltepec, Oaxaca state, along with other damage to the city hall and main church.
The national electricity commission said nearly 1 million users lost power, but it was expected to be restored over the course of the day.
Oaxaca state prosecutors also raised the death toll to 13 after a military helicopter carrying officials who were assessing quake damage crashed. All the victims were on the ground at the time of the accident, and fifteen people were injured.
The aircraft was carrying Interior Secretary Alfonso Navarrete and Oaxaca Gov. Alejandro Murat, neither of whom had serious injuries.

Today (השם Hashem The Lord ) opened a new door for me with the potential for numerous opportunities. Opportunities to share His word, and praise His Name. As such, my postings may not be as numerous as I have accustomed in the past. But as time permits, Gods time, I will continue to do so!

34 The word of (השם Hashem The Lord) came to (יִרְמְיָהוּ Yir’m’yahu Jeremiah ) the prophet concerning Elam, in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, saying:
35 Thus said (השם Hashem The Lord) Master of Legions Behold I am breaking the bow of Elam, the apex of their might.
36 And l will bring upon Elam four winds from the four comers of the heavens, and I will scatter them to all these directions; there will be no nation where the exiles of Elam will not come.
37 I will devastate Elam before their enemies and before those who seek their soul, and I will bring upon them evil, My burning wrath the word of (השם Hashem The Lord);
I will send the sword after them, until I make an end of them.
